To access UI New Hire, please enter your LoginID and Password created by your hiring unit. The Login ID and Password are case-sensitive.
The UI New Hire Login ID should have been provided by your hiring unit or in an email received from the new hire system. Contact your hiring unit or your campus Human Resources office.
Your UI New Hire password is initially set to the first capital letter of your last name and your 6 digit birth date. When you log in the first time, you will be asked to reset your password to something else. When accessing the UI New Hire application again, you need to use the password that you changed it to.
